OMG~~

이제 막~ 플라잉요가 3번 갔다. 

어느정도 기본 유연함이 있으면 좋을듯하다.

따라 해보니 유연하지 못해, 안되는 동작 ㅋㅋ 

수업은 50분,, 다행이다.. 막 속이 울렁하려 했으니까 휴~

하고 나면, 뿌듯하고 만족한다.

굉장히 좋은 수고를 한기분!

Aerial Yoga is a slow restorative yoga practice that uses a low-hanging hammock to support the weight of your body.
